Your weekly shortlist

How the list on Home is built each week, and what each section asks of you.

Each week Home gives you a shortlist of creators worth answering, 10 to begin with. It is built from what your searches found, at no cost, and every card leads with the creator's own words.

How the list is built

A creator makes the list only when all of these hold:

  • Tier B or above on Content fit.

  • Their audience reads as Your buyers or Partly your buyers.

  • Still New in this project: not answered already.

  • Not dormant (a dated post in the last six months).

  • Not on any do-not-contact list, and not contacted by anyone in your organisation in the last 30 days.

The list also spreads itself out: one platform can hold at most 40 % of it, and one publication at most 2 creators.

The list is topped up each morning at 07:00. If it is empty, Build a list now builds one on the spot. Once you have answered every card you can ask for 10 more, and the week's list can grow that way up to 50.

The sections on Home

  • Needs you: a quiet search or a rubric suggestion waiting for a decision.

  • Shortlist to triage: this week's cards.

  • Follow-ups due: the follow-up notes due now, and the ones coming up.

  • Your move: accepted creators with no pitch yet, and possible duplicates to review.

Owners and admins also see a cost line in the Home header when the project's month passes 50 %, 80 % or 100 % of its cap.

On your phone

One card at a time opens the triage view: one creator per screen, with Not a fit, Skip, Watch and Accept buttons. Swipe right to accept, left to skip. The Monday email links straight to it.

Triage one card at a time, on any screen.

Next: Triage with the keyboard.
